Meihua Group's "Zhiyuan Plan" Training Program kicked off in grand fashion during the summer of 2023. A group of 115 fresh graduates from top domestic 985/211 universities and QS Top 100 international institutions, including 28 undergraduates, 60 master’s graduates, and 23 PhD holders, joined "Meihua University" with high aspirations and boundless enthusiasm. As a flagship initiative of the company’s "Year of Talent" strategy, we are confident that many of these promising individuals will become the backbone of Meihua’s continued growth, with a bright future ahead!

The four-week training program featured impactful face-to-face sessions with senior leadership. The highlight was the participation of the company’s founder, chairman, general manager, seven department managers, and three base managers. They provided comprehensive overviews of departmental structures and shared insights on Meihua’s mission, values, business segments, the purpose of the “Zhiyuan Plan” Training Program, and future development trends.

The training experience was rich and unforgettable. To mark the program's conclusion, the Zhiyuan trainees, alongside HR colleagues, organized a memorable graduation ceremony. Under the spotlight, each participant shone brightly, showcasing their unique talent and potential.
